Join us as a Senior Brand Manager (f/m/d) to shape the future of our new businesses. Your mission is to drive business growth by seamlessly integrating brand building, performance marketing, and CRM strategies. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the business meets its ambitious growth targets while serving as a trusted advisor to the business owner on how best to achieve results.
Your tasks:- Design, implement and lead a comprehensive Marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Liaise with our market and user research department and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand positioning and expansion.
- Continuously refine and guard the brand identity and own a pool of brand assets and best-performing creatives to be used across channels
- Define and manage the marketing budget in close collaboration with our internal media department and external agencies
- Lead end-to-end execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the brand identity.
- Own and monitor key brand metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and maximize ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, data and customer ops, to ensure cohesive and impactful brand initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new approaches and/or tools to drive marketing KPIs.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-growth startup or dynamic environment.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional understanding of brand building, storytelling, and audience engagement – with a clear focus on Social Media channels (TikTok, Instagram & Facebook) as well as influencer marketing.
- Experienced in steering creative agencies and managing content productions including user-generated content at scale.
- Resourcefulness when it comes to maximize the impact of a startup budget.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs, media savviness and preferably training in evidence-based Marketing.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in English & German.
