Through roadshows, we engage with existing and potential investors, emphasizing transparency, timeliness, and reliability in our IR and PR approach. As the Controlling team, we support business teams and management by providing transparency through monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Our tasks include business analysis, ensuring governance and compliance, supporting special projects, and contributing to strategic financial planning. We work as finance business partners, driving cost management excellence and supporting new products and projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The Group Finance team collaborates closely using communication tools and regular meetings, with most members gathering in Hamburg for the monthly close process. We focus on three key areas: Accounting, where we manage finances, taxes, and cash balances; External Reporting, preparing IFRS and HGB reports and handling auditor relationships; and Finance Systems, maintaining and developing our financial systems. The team ensures smooth financial operations and system updates.
