Payment, Fraud & Verification

We prioritize protecting customer data, focusing on investigating and analyzing cases. We provide regular insights into statistics and facts for the business and handle complex escalations. Occasionally, we interact directly with customers, supporting over 2,000 big winners annually, including 1 to 2 millionaires, helping make their dreams come true. Our team brings diverse expertise, collectively driving our vision in payments, fraud, and verification.

Customer support

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best support possible, no query is too complicated; we will find an answer. Customers can reach us through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and self-service. We handle a total of 25,000 contacts per month, striving to maintain a satisfaction rate of over 90%.
