Your tasks:
  • You are the contact person for all employees at the front desk and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere and the well-being of our teams
  • With your friendly and professional personality, you take care of our central phone line
  • You take care of our guests and are the contact person for external partners (suppliers, service providers, cleaning staff, craftsmen, etc.)
  • You are responsible for our common areas and the associated orders (fruit, drinks, office supplies, catering)
  • You support our teams with onboarding and offboarding
  • You take care of birthdays, anniversaries, vouchers and other benefits for our employees
  • You support the planning and organization of company-wide events and meetings and work closely with the teams and management
  • Support in travel tool management and travel bookings
What you offer us:
  • Relevant experience in office management, the hotel industry or a comparable service-oriented role
  • Successfully completed commercial training would be an advantage
  • Very good Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT) and an affinity for IT
  • You can communicate fluently in German and English
  • You have a friendly and professional personality and see yourself as the company's first "business card" at all times
  • You are a proactive, attentive and solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
